• In terms of M&A, the Clinical Services sector was the most active this month, with 4 M&A transactions; while in terms of financings, the Technology and Information Systems sector was the most active with 3 financings
• Financings totaled $80 million during the month of March
• The largest financing this month was $40 million raised by Saama Technologies, as well as $40 million raised by TriNetX
• M&A and financings in the United States accounted for 83% and 100% of total transactions this month, up 129% and 50%, respectively
